Sensex vaults 350 points; regains 16K level on firm global cues

The undercurrent of the market was bullish as rating agency Moody's indicated a hefty inflow of 56 per cent rise in foreign direct investment in November.

The reasons range from ease of doing business, abundant English speaking workforce at lower wages, better infrastructure to government incentives.

Every person who is a resident of India must pay taxes in India on global income. Provisions tell us that they are now liable to pay taxes in both countries –India and US.
