Tata-owned Jaguar Land Rover will build a engine plant in the Midlands, in the UK, at a cost of 400 million pounds.
Besides China, the disputed waters in the South China Sea are also claimed by Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei and Malaysia and contain rich oil reserves.
